Energy Crisis


Power outage can happen anytime of the day in Mindanao because, contrary to what we believed, the low power supply problem that we had the past months, had not gone away. Probably, there are ways out but other power sources that can be tapped like power barges will likely result in bill hike and therefore detrimental more especially to the poor consumers.
